Our Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Nov 13, 2024. The meeting is open to all members and we encourage everybody that can to attend.

The Annual General Meeting will be a combined monthly board meeting with the Board covering normal topics. Our President and Officers will provide a summary of the past year and plans for 2025. We will also be holding the elections for board members.

Positions up for election-
Vice President - Tyler Barkwill (incumbent) - Unopposed
Treasurer - Suzanne Khan (incumbent) - Unopposed
Members at Large (2) - Ed Massey and Michael Jennings (incumbents) - Both unopposed
There were no nominations submitted in opposition to the incumbents, so all positions are unopposed. Write-ins will be available, otherwise the ballets will have the single names listed to confirm the re-election of each Board Member.
There is also an open forum for members to discuss any topics or issues concerning to them. If you have any feedback to provide, this is a great time to do it.
